Ashley Rodgers

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am licensed in the state of Colorado and a registered out-of-state telehealth provider in the state of Florida.

Therapeutically I work from a person-centered approach, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Family Systems theories. I apply these in session to help you identify what you value, build skills to help you align with that and then support you in taking action to live a life full of meaning and purpose.

I specialize in providing therapy for issues including eating disorders, adjusting through life transitions, managing anxiety, depression, learning and practicing self-sufficiency skills, and healing from trauma.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2009, a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration and Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, in 2012 at the University of South Florida, and I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

My objective is to help you reach the goals you have for yourself, in order to support your overall health and wellbeing. Call today to schedule an appointment.

To make an appointment, callemail or submit a contact form here and we will outreach you to set up an initial appointment.

Life is constantly changing and evolving. Sometimes we need a little support to take care of ourselves, reach our goals or to make strong, lasting relationships with the people we love. No one is an island, people need people to feel connected and lead fulfilling lives. Let me help you do the same.
